The function sets the in the picture window title bar (Control function).

newTitle | Text to display in the picture window title bar. |
Note 1
The parameter newTitle contains a text, that will be displayed in the picture window title bar. The text generated by the system will be replaced.

This function is available also in %HIX_ version.
