Function %HI_SetHeaderToolTip sets a tooltip in the column header in the Browser displayer. Tooltip consists of two texts - title and text.

Parameters

refId	Reference to a displayer (reference variable).
col	Column of the header (in the range of 1...).
ttTitle	Tooltip title.
ttText	Tooltip text.
