Function
The function %HI_SetEmptyIntervalDuration defines a time interval size which is not drawn in a graph, if the flows do not contain any data. The beginning time is a rounded time according to the interval size and the interval takes an integral multiple of interval size.
The function %HI_GetEmptyIntervalDuration returns the setting of a time interval size which is not drawn.
